1. Our commitment

Domplatta aims to make its presentation website and operational interfaces usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who navigate by keyboard, use assistive technology, require strong focus visibility or prefer reduced motion.

Our current design target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This statement does not claim full conformance or independent certification.

2. Measures included in the current presentation site

  • Keyboard-accessible primary navigation, panels, dialogs, forms and Demo controls.
  • Visible focus indicators for interactive elements.
  • Reduced-motion handling for major transitions, animated marquees and badge printing.
  • Responsive layouts for desktop and mobile screen sizes.
  • Semantic headings, labels, alternative text and accessible names for major controls.
  • Legal pages that remain readable without the interactive Demo.

3. Known limitations

  • The product Demo contains dense application interfaces that may require additional screen-reader and zoom testing.
  • The animated and rotated hero preview is decorative but may still create visual complexity for some users.
  • Some third-party services connected in future deployments may have accessibility limitations outside Domplatta’s direct control.
  • A complete independent WCAG audit has not yet been completed for this version.

We will update this statement as testing identifies and resolves additional issues.

4. Event-specific interfaces

Desk, kiosk, badge and session interfaces should be tested on the actual devices, browsers, printers, mounting heights and venue conditions used for an event. Accessibility depends on both the software and the physical setup, including reach range, screen glare, sound, queue design and availability of staff assistance.

5. Feedback and alternative access

To report an accessibility barrier or request information in another practical format, use the Contact panel. Please identify the page or workflow, the device or assistive technology used and the difficulty encountered.

We will review actionable reports and prioritize fixes according to impact, feasibility and event timelines.

6. Standard referenced

WCAG 2.2 is organized around four principles: content should be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. Conformance is measured through testable success criteria at Levels A, AA and AAA.
