1. About these terms
These terms govern use of the public Domplatta website and its interactive product preview. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Paid Domplatta services are governed by the proposal, order form, service agreement, licence terms, support terms and data-processing agreement accepted for the relevant engagement. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the signed commercial documents take priority for the paid service.
2. Website and Demo use
You may browse the website and use the interactive Demo to evaluate the product. The Demo uses fictional or demonstration data and is not a production event environment.
You must not use the website or Demo to introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, test vulnerabilities without permission, scrape the service at unreasonable scale, impersonate another person or upload unlawful content.
3. Quotes and commercial discussions
A request for a quote, demonstration or scope review does not create a binding obligation to supply or purchase services. Pricing, event scope, hosting, hardware, implementation, travel, support, taxes and payment terms become binding only when accepted in the applicable commercial documents.
Timelines and availability discussed before contract signature are indicative unless expressly reserved in writing.
4. Intellectual property
The Domplatta name, visual identity, website, Demo, software interfaces, documentation and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except where a signed agreement states otherwise, no ownership rights are transferred by access to the website or Demo.
You may not copy, resell, publish, reverse engineer or create derivative commercial products from protected Domplatta materials except to the extent permitted by mandatory law or written authorization.
Customers retain ownership of their event content and data. The applicable service agreement defines the licences needed for Domplatta to host, display, process and deliver that material.
5. Integrations and third-party services
The website may describe compatibility with external CRM, email, payment, automation, communications or storage providers. Availability depends on the customer’s provider account, plan, API terms, event configuration and the connector selected for the project.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy notices, availability and security practices. Domplatta is not responsible for changes made independently by those providers.
6. Availability and changes
We may update the website, Demo, product descriptions and available modules as the platform develops. We may suspend public access for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.
Website descriptions are intended to explain the product direction and available workflows. The signed scope identifies the features and service levels included in a specific deployment.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The public website and Demo are provided for evaluation and informational purposes. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular event without a completed scope and deployment review.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from use of the public website or Demo. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Liability for paid services is governed by the applicable signed agreement.
8. Privacy
Personal data submitted through the website is handled according to the Privacy Notice. Event-data roles and processor arrangements are described in the GDPR Information page and the applicable data-processing agreement.
9. Governing law
Unless mandatory consumer or data-protection law provides otherwise, or a signed commercial agreement specifies a different arrangement, these website terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes relating only to the public website will be submitted to the competent courts at the website operator’s registered office after the parties first attempt a good-faith resolution.
